Licensed Loan Sharks

Time out: World Cup Prediction
Germany 3 - 2 1 - 1 (PK 4-2) Argentina
Italy 1 - 0 3 - 0Ukraine
Brazil 2 - 1 0 - 1 France
England 1 - 0 0 - 0 (PK 1-3) Portugal

Here's a snapshot taken from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government website:

Of all the links in the main page (under "Laman Interaktif"), only this stands out. Why "ALONG" a.k.a. Dai Yi Long, instead of "Pinjaman"? Just because the page is related to housing loan, does it mean that they are related to loan sharks? Maybe they use the same method to deal with loan defaulters. Hehe~

Other URLs followed rather normal and logical naming conventions. I'm sure the webmaster has something else in his/her mind, when building this website.
