Apparently, the lines
"你有没有讲..." are not that original. I bet they are inspired by some Taiwanese variety shows, where the teacher in the show famously said
“老师在讲，你有没有在听？ 有没有听？有没有听？？有没有听？？？没有在听嘛！” (*Teacher is talking, are you listening?Are you?! No, you are not listening) and throwed his pen.
